From lush foliage adorning the facades to sprawling gardens, to live at Scotch Hill Gardens is to be part of a nature-based story. The abundant natural spaces enrich daily life and gently encourage the residents to come together – and provide the foundation for unsurpassed green views from the residences. THE SECRET GARDEN, ARTIST IMPRESSION.
New gardens flow from the existing landscape at Scotch Hill Gardens, connecting private and communal spaces. The historic Serpentine Garden continues to wrap the precinct’s northern perimeter, while the new Central Garden is an ever-changing common area for the entire community. The Market Garden’s raised planters and edible screening creates a place for residents to grow, gather and share.
Scotch Hill Gardens follows the Nature Based Cities framework, which prioritises protecting and re-establishing nature and making meaningful change. It's part of the reason the precinct remains home to 77 existing trees that have stood on the site for over 50 years, and it's establishing a precedent for a future in which cities are defined by trees, living landscape and green open space. For residents, this means that all residences have a view to green, open spaces and an address that's 40% garden.
