THE WOODBURN, ARTIST IMPRESSION.

Founder and Executive Chairman, Hamton.
A sanctuary within 6,500 square metres of lush gardens and established trees in Hawthorn’s prestigious Scotch Hill precinct, Scotch Hill Gardens is designed to be embedded in nature. Each of the bespoke buildings bears an individual identity that references a unique feature of the surrounding period homes. Thoughtfully located around the site, the buildings are positioned to ensure residents come home to sweeping views of the surrounding tree canopy and gardens or the city skyline.

Living landscapes add an extra layer of vibrancy to life at Scotch Hill Gardens, where 77 trees that have stood on the site for over 50 years continue to offer shelter, shade and serenity. Tract's considered design connects the existing landscape to new private and communal gardens, including the Serpentine Garden, Central Garden and Market Garden. As well as restoring habitats, these green spaces offer tranquil, immersive interactions with nature to positively influence residents' physical and mental wellbeing.
