By using the landscape as inspiration for every design decision for the Scotch Hill Gardens residences, acclaimed global architecture and interior design studio Woods Bagot has imbued the address with an air of timelessness. The architectural language and enduring materiality of the buildings take inspiration from Hawthorn's period homes. Combining references to Edwardian and Federation Arts and Crafts styles with lush green spaces, Scotch Hill Gardens becomes a place that naturally belongs to its setting.

Nature. The Hero in The Architecture.
Scotch Hill Gardens's elegant residences are designed to open up to the beauty of nature, embracing, conserving and incorporating the existing natural environment. Striking green facades and cascading planters catch the eye from the outside while creating natural screening for residents within the residences. Glimpses of the surrounding greenery feature throughout each home, opening up to living areas that are oriented towards sweeping views of the treescapes and beyond.

In The Nature of Home.
The focal points of each residence are the full-height windows that frame views of Hawthorn's time-honoured trees and gardens. These windows also flood the residences with light and emphasise the textures and materials meticulously selected by the Woods Bagot team. Restrained design touches and a warm, natural palette reflect the outdoors and encourage residents to introduce their own personalities.
